This morning, your English-speaking tour guide and the driver will meet you at your hotel lobby at the pre-agreed time. The guide will inform you the exact pick-up time the day before. We are at your service all the time through telephone, WeChat, or email. We will drive around 1 hour along the highway to the Terracotta Army Museum, without any shopping stops and detours. Follow your expert guide to enjoy a 2.5 to 3 hours’ delving into the Terracotta Army Museum, including three main excavated pits and the impressive exhibition hall. Enjoy a lunch break at your own expense. Fast food chains like KFC, MacDonald’s and Dicos are available. We will drive around 1 hour to arrive at the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda area. You will get off here to enjoy your own leisure time or take a metro/ taxi ride back to the hotel.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Departures are guaranteed with two persons in Mar to Nov and three persons in Dec to Feb.
There are chances that 10% of the tour groups will exceed 12 people but we will make proper arrangements.
Infant: for an infant under 3 years old, this tour is free of charge.
Not suitable for: People over 85 years old, Wheelchair users.
Confirmation: Upon receiving your booking request, confirmation will be sent within 12 hours.
Payment: Full payment is required at least two days prior to the trip. We accept payment by PayPal, Credit Card, Alipay, Wechat, and Bank Transfer.
Pick-up Service: We offer free pick-up within the second ring road of the Xi'an city and from the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda area. Xi'an is relatively a big city, to ensure the morning pick-up going smoothly as scheduled, we suggest you choose centrally located downtown hotels. If the location of your hotel is beyond our free pick-up range, you may need to pay for the extra mile or get to an appointed meeting point. For any pick-up issues, your one-on-one travel consultant is ready to help anytime.
Schedule: The time schedule of the itinerary is for reference. It will be adjusted according to the traffic and real situations.
In travel peak season and Chinese holidays, visitors will have to queue at the entrance due to the increased visitor flow even if you have made reservations beforehand. And there might be heavy traffic as well. We hope for your understanding on the situations.
